Shipping & Returns

Because of the nature of the product, delivery is arranged in direct consultation with the customer.

For deliveries within Belgium, transport is confirmed directly with the customer after purchase.

For deliveries outside Belgium, a delivery charge is calculated based on the final delivery address and transport requirements.

For international deliveries outside the European Union, shipping is arranged on request and confirmed separately.

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please contact hello@pulseride.eu

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Returned goods should only be handled as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary, a deduction may be made for any diminished value, as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
