General Programs:

Topline

Goal: To support the topline and back chain in areas commonly exposed to carrying load, saddle pressure and daily muscular effort.
Use: Daily routine, before or after work, or as part of a broader back support routine.
Hz: 6 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 20 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Withers — 3.5 minutes
  • Thoracic back / saddle zone — 4 minutes
  • Mid back — 3.5 minutes
  • Lumbar — 4 minutes
  • Lumbosacral (SI)— 5 minutes

Thoracic / Rib Area

Goal: To support the thoracic and rib region, including the muscular and structural zones involved in trunk support, breathing movement and the functional connection between shoulder, ribcage and back. This program is intended for focused support of the side of the trunk and thoracic support chain.
Use: Routine thoracic support, use after work, or more focused application around the rib and serratus region.
Hz: 6 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 12 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Front rib area — 3 minutes
  • Mid rib area — 3 minutes
  • Rear rib area — 3 minutes
  • Lower shoulder and rib area — 3 minutes

Neck

Goal: To support the poll and cervical chain in zones commonly associated with posture, flexion, contact, comfort and muscular tension through the neck.
Use: Routine neck support, before work, after work, or during a recovery-focused routine.
Hz: 4 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 15 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Poll / TMJ / atlas — 3 minutes
  • Upper neck — 4 minutes
  • Mid neck — 4 minutes
  • Lower neck / cervical base — 4 minutes

Hindquarters

Goal: To support the pelvic and hindquarter regions, which play an important role in propulsion, engagement, power generation and movement from behind.
Use: Routine hindquarter support, after work, or as part of a broader performance and recovery routine.
Hz: 6 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 15 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Pelvis / SI — 4 minutes
  • Gluteal zone — 4 minutes
  • Upper hindquarter chain — 3.5 minutes
  • Hip / pelvic support zone — 3.5 minutes

Stifle / Hock

Goal: To provide more focused support around the lower hind limb joints and surrounding structures involved in loading, push-off, flexion and repetitive sport movement.
Use: Targeted hind limb routine, pre- or post-work support, or more local use in the stifle and hock region.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 15 min. (per leg)
Placement & Sequence:

  • Stifle — 5 minutes
  • Gaskin — 5 minutes
  • Hock — 5 minutes

Shoulder

Goal: To support the shoulder and surrounding forehand structures involved in reach, front-end balance, shock absorption and freedom of movement.
Use: Routine shoulder support, before or after work, or as part of a forehand-focused routine.
Hz: 6 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 10 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Scapula — 3 minutes
  • Shoulder joint region — 3 minutes
  • Lower neck / shoulder transition — 4 minutes

Lower Limb (Front)

Goal: To support the more lower structures of the forelimb, including the tendon line, fetlock, pastern and hoof region. In the forelimb, these areas are commonly associated with loading, impact absorption and repetitive mechanical stress during daily work and exercise.
Use: Local lower forelimb support, routine use after exercise, or more focused application in areas exposed to loading and impact.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 15 min. (per leg)
Placement & Sequence:

  • Cannon / tendon zone — 5 minutes
  • Fetlock — 5 minutes
  • Pastern — 5 minutes

Lower Limb (Hind)

Goal: To support the more distal structures of the hind limb, including the tendon line, fetlock, pastern and hoof region. In the hind limb, these areas are commonly associated with push-off, propulsion and repetitive mechanical stress during movement and exercise.
Use: Local lower hind limb support, routine use after exercise, or more focused application in areas involved in push-off and propulsion.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 15 min. (per leg)

  • Cannon / tendon zone — 5 minutes
  • Fetlock — 5 minutes

Specific Programs:

Head-neck junction

Goal: To support the poll region, including the upper cervical connection around the atlas area, commonly associated with posture, flexion and general comfort through the upper neck chain.
Use: Focused poll support, before work, after work, or as part of a neck-focused routine.
Hz: 4 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 12 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Poll center — 4 minutes
  • Left poll support zone — 4 minutes
  • Right poll support zone — 4 minutes

Sacroiliac Joint (SI)

Goal: To support the sacroiliac region, an important transition zone between the back and hindquarters, commonly associated with force transfer, pelvic connection and movement from behind.
Use: Focused SI support, after work, or as part of a broader hindquarter and lower back routine.
Hz: 6 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 20 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Left SI area — 5 minutes
  • Right SI area — 5 minutes
  • Central sacral support zone — 10minutes

Stifle

Goal: To support the stifle region, a key hind limb area involved in loading, flexion, push-off and repetitive athletic movement. This program is designed for more focused support around the stifle and its surrounding structures.
Use: Focused stifle support, pre- or post-work use, or more local application in horses with increased hind limb workload.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 12 min.

  • Front stifle area — 3 minutes

Hock

Goal: To support the hock region, an important lower hind limb area involved in loading, flexion, push-off and repetitive movement during daily work and exercise. This program is designed for more focused support around the hock and its surrounding structures.
Use: Focused hock support, pre- or post-work use, or more local application in horses with increased hind limb workload.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 12 min.

Tendon / Suspensory Line (Front)

Goal: To support the tendon and suspensory structures along the back of the lower forelimb, in a region commonly exposed to loading, impact and repetitive mechanical stress during daily work and exercise. This program is intended for more focused support of the lower foreleg support line.
Use: Focused lower forelimb support, post-exercise use, or more local application in areas exposed to repeated loading and impact.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 12 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Upper back tendon line — 3 minutes
  • Mid back tendon line — 3 minutes
  • Lower back tendon line — 3 minutes

Knee (Carpus)

Goal: To support the front knee region of the forelimb, also known anatomically as the carpus, in an area involved in loading, motion and repetitive stress during daily work and exercise. This program is designed for more focused support of the full knee region.
Use: Focused front knee support, post-exercise use, or more local application around the knee region of the forelimb.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 12 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Front of knee — 3 minutes
  • Back of knee — 3 minutes
  • Inside of knee — 3 minutes
  • Outside of knee — 3 minutes

Tendon / Suspensory Line (Hind)

Goal: To support the tendon and suspensory structures along the back of the lower hind limb, in a region commonly involved in loading, push-off, propulsion and repetitive mechanical stress during movement and exercise. This program is intended for more focused support of the lower hind limb support line.
Use: Focused lower hind limb support, post-exercise use, or more local application in areas involved in push-off and propulsion.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.

  • Upper back tendon line — 3 minutes
  • Mid back tendon line — 3 minutes
  • Lower back tendon line — 3 minutes

Hoof (front and hind)

Goal: To support the hoof region, including the hoof capsule and surrounding lower structures, in an area constantly exposed to impact, weight-bearing and repetitive loading.
Use: Focused hoof support, routine use after exercise, or more local application in horses exposed to repeated loading.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 12 min.
Placement & Sequence:

  • Coronary band / upper hoof region — 3 minutes
  • Dorsal hoof wall — 3 minutes
  • Side hoof support zone — 3 minutes
  • Heel / caudal hoof region — 3 minutes

Fetlock

Goal: To support the fetlock region, an area frequently exposed to loading, motion and repetitive mechanical stress during daily work and exercise. This program is intended for more focused local application around the fetlock and its surrounding support structures.
Use: Focused fetlock support, post-exercise use, or more local lower limb application in horses exposed to repeated loading.
Hz: 8 Hz.
Level: Always start from level 1, slowly moving up.
Time: 12 min.
